At Cilantro, our talent are labeled by levels starting at 1 and going up to 5.
Level does not define the talent or skill of the stylist, but represents how in demand their time is. Higher level stylists have built their clientele and their time is more in demand.
At level 1, our talent is working toward a full clientele and has more availability to accommodate you the soonest.
OLIVIA
My name is Olivia, and my motto is “life is too short to have boring hair!” As a lover of art and all things creative, my background in drawing and painting naturally grew into a deep passion for hair styling.
I especially love working with curly hair, performing perms, and coloring and cutting hair. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space in my chair where everyone feels comfortable and leaves loving their look.
Outside of the salon, I am a huge nerd for Pokemon, whether gaming on my PC and Nintendo Switch or collecting cards. I also love crocheting while watching cheesy cop shows or anime, and I am always looking for new movie recommendations!

NICOLE
I’m an avid crafter, be it crocheting, writing, or doing hair! I love to work with both my hands and my mind. I am a proud cat parent to two obnoxious babies. I love to read, and I’ll give any genre a chance! It is my goal to be a warm, inviting, and safe space for all individuals. I hope every client leaves my chair in a better place than when they sat down!

Hi! I’m Asia, and I recently graduated from cosmetology school in March 2026. I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Cilantro Hair Spa as a salon assistant! I’m passionate about everything related to hair and eager to continue learning and growing behind the chair. While I have extensive experience with blonding and vibrant colors, I’m always open to exploring new techniques and expanding my skill set. In my free time, you’ll likely find me at the lake or spending quality time with my cat, Kite.

Hello, I am a 23 year old Mexican/ Native American bisexual woman. I have a passion for almost everything that involves me using my hands. My hobbies include: pottery, painting, scrapbooking, jewelry making, cooking, baking, skincare, makeup, hair, and nails. If I'm not creating something with my hands, I'm usually hanging out with my family and friends or with my animals. I really like Asian culture, more specifically Korea and Japan. I enjoy eating their food, and watching their movies and tv shows. I also love their style of fashion, makeup, and their music. One of my goals in life is to be able to visit Japan, especially during the cherry blossom bloom in early spring.

BEGINNINGS
My story begins with makeup. When I was young, the Avon lady used to come to my mother’s house to drop off catalogs and samples of makeup. I saved the samples and began recruiting neighbors and friends who would let me do their makeup. I was obsessed.
I enrolled in Cosmetology School and began my career at a salon focusing on hair in the 70s. I've learned and experimented throughout the eras of foil highlighting, acrylic nails, and perms.

LAURA
If you've been in the salon since May 11th, 2020, you've probably had the joy of meeting Laura. Laura works incredibly hard and tirelessly to make sure all heavily touched and high traffic areas are clean, germ free, and sparkling. In addition to being our COVID killer, Laura cleans and sanitizes color bowls, brushes, combs, etc. She pulls foils, keeps up with our mountains of laundry, keeps the shampoo bowls clean, and so many other things. Thank Laura the next time you see her! She is doing the heavy lifting in the salon to ensure your safety and health.
