 Hello, I am a 23 year old Mexican/ Native American bisexual woman. I have a passion for almost everything that involves me using my hands. My hobbies include: pottery, painting, scrapbooking, jewelry making, cooking, baking, skincare, makeup, hair, and nails. If I'm not creating something with my hands, I'm usually hanging out with my family and friends or with my animals. I really like Asian culture, more specifically Korea and Japan. I enjoy eating their food, and watching their movies and tv shows. I also love their style of fashion, makeup, and their music. One of my goals in life is to be able to visit Japan, especially during the cherry blossom bloom in early spring.  

 I like to do "lived-in" blonding, reds, brunettes, color blocking vivids, and long layer haircuts. I’m starting my journey into doing more Shag and Wolf haircuts. I’m a very laid back stylist that loves animals, tattoos, and is always laughing.

Franke (They/Her) is always ready to talk hair, health, and everything in between! They enjoy breaking boundaries along ever moving trends, as much as putting her personal touch on timeless looks. 
Franke is passionate about making sure you feel seen, heard, and included during every step of your salon experience. Education is just one important step when you are in Franke’s chair. Together, you can cultivate and create a routine that fits your needs, no matter what goals you strive to achieve. Franke wants to help you get there!  

 LEVEL 2

 ​Elio (they/them) has been licensed since January 2023 and specialize in curly haircuts, perms, and gender-affirming haircuts. They are excited to get more alternative colors and funky haircuts. 
Elio strives to provide a safe environment where everyone can be their authentic self. They have a passion for gender-affirming hair, teaching their clients how to style their own hair, and enhancing everyone’s natural beauty. 
Outside of work, Elio spends their time cuddling with their 4 cats, crocheting, drawing, going on nature walks, baking, reading, and listening to music. They look forward to getting creative with you! 

 I specialize in blonding and vivids but I love all things color!  I love to do big transformations or just anything fun and unique (you can blame my high school scene kid roots). Outside of the salon I’m a mom to one sweet little boy but I’m also a huge Kpop fan and love going to concerts. Hope to see you in my chair soon!  

 The things i specialize in are Balayages and Blondes! I’ve started my journey into braiding and will be looking to take clients for that soon! I love Twilight and all things pop culture. I love crocheting when I’m not in the salon! Hope to see you in my chair soon. 

 BEGINNINGS
My story begins with makeup. When I was young, the Avon lady used to come to my mother’s house to drop off catalogs and samples of makeup.  I saved the samples and began recruiting neighbors and friends who would let me do their makeup. I was obsessed.
I enrolled in Cosmetology School and began my career at a salon focusing on hair in the 70s. I've learned and experimented throughout the eras of foil highlighting, acrylic nails, and perms.

INTERESTS
I am big into fitness! I'm a certified personal trainer and was recently certified as a Yoga 200-hour instructor.
I love baking, cooking, and am also a vegetarian.
I am also have a FCC Amateur Radio license-AC9KF and have fun operating my Icom 7410 from my home, making contacts with other Amateur Radio operators all over the world. 

 I have a passion for vivids, and fun haircuts, but I also love my blondes and low maintenance. Sit in my chair and you’ll leave looking amazing and feeling like you just spent time with your bestie!’  

 If you've been in the salon since May 11th, 2020, you've probably had the joy of meeting Laura. Laura works incredibly hard and tirelessly to make sure all heavily touched and high traffic areas are clean, germ free, and sparkling. In addition to being our COVID killer, Laura cleans and sanitizes color bowls, brushes, combs, etc. She pulls foils, keeps up with our mountains of laundry, keeps the shampoo bowls clean, and so many other things. Thank Laura the next time you see her! She is doing the heavy lifting in the salon to ensure your safety and health.
